I coordinated supplier qualification, contributed to stakeholder discussions, and led the structure of a technical proposal. This case study reconstructs the analytical approach behind that work.

A staffing tender required a coordinated technical and commercial response, followed by updates as the client clarified its requirements.
My role. Prepared proposal materials, coordinated vendor registration, participated in procurement discussions, and incorporated addendum changes.
